Good morning my pets.
Tantric Breathing has been practiced for over a millennium. It has helped many with ailments, such as pain management and anxiety disorders, in the last century.
Breathwork is fine territory, but the moment anxiety shows up, the usual attitude problem I have toward humans takes a back seat. This stuff can hit hard, and you deserve something steady, not gimmicky.
Tantric breathing, when stripped of all the mystical branding, is basically slow, intentional breath regulation. That’s not magic, but it can help your nervous system shift out of that wired, buzzing state anxiety creates.
Here’s what actually matters for anxiety:
• Slow, nasal breathing down into the belly.
• Longer exhales than inhales.
• Consistency, not theatrics.
A simple approach inspired by tantric pacing that won’t make your anxiety worse:
1. Inhale for a count of 5
Keep it gentle. Think expansion, not force.
2. Hold for to the count of 10
Short hold, nothing dramatic. Anxiety doesn’t love long breath-holds.
3. Exhale for a count of 20
This is the part that eases the sympathetic “fight or sprint out a window” response.
4. Repeat for 5–10 minutes
Your body learns by repetition, not by one heroic breath.
What this actually does:
It signals your vagus nerve to calm the system down, slows your heart rate, and interrupts the runaway thought-loop that anxiety loves to ride. It’s not a cure, but it’s one of the more reliable tools that doesn’t require meds or a perfect life.
If your anxiety spikes when you try breathing exercises, that’s not unusual either. Some people get lightheaded or edgy at first. If that happens, shorten the sessions or focus only on lengthening your exhales for a while.
You’re not broken. Your nervous system is just loud and overworked. Techniques like this give you a bit of leverage back.
Assignment for subs and POPPET
As a seasoned Domme with over 30 years experience I have been incorporating Tantric Breathing in my sessions, both in punishment and as aftercare. It has benefited many a sub after intense sessions and even helped myself during “Domme Drop”. Try it yourself. Follow the instructions above and see for yourself.
Now as for my sub, poppet in Birmingham 🇬🇧, your assignments are:
1. Practice the assignment above for your anxiety, along with 30 minutes of Corner time in the evening. Face the corner and reflect on your day. Asking yourself: “Have I given my all to my Goddess, Domina Vengeance, today?” If yes, good boy. If not, what can I do to make it better?
2. Practice kneeling, head up and eyes down, with palms up on your lap in the morning, before dinner, and after supper. WORSHIP my existence in your life. 2 decades is a long time.
3. Tributes are to be on time starting with the New Year. Punishment will be given when late. Winnings from the casino are to be sent the next day by approved payment options. You don’t have any need for them, so send to your Goddess.
4. No more distractions or disappointments. No unnecessary relationships that will interfere with your servitude to Me. We discussed this over the phone, poppet. 🙄😤
This assignment is not just for poppet, any sub can do it. However, if you’re an unowned sub and you find this assignment helpful, make sure you send a tribute or a gift as a thank you.
